Cork Flooring: Corkoleum Grit Natural
Aroha Apartments is a build-to-rent project with sustainability at its heart. Vivian Construction delivered the vision of a community that featured shared spaces and amenities for 13 self contained homes in this central Auckland apartment complex. EcoFloors Corkoleum Grit Natural was selected for this project. Corkoleum is a natural material made up of cork and recycled rubber. It’s many benefits are that it is a natural product, provides sound reduction, thermal insulation, comfort underfoot and is also waterproof.
