Beneficial Properties in Detail:

Slip Resistant: Sustain has the highest slip resistance available in rubber flooring. Materials exceed applicable standards and recommendations to reduce the possibility of slip & fall claims. In the event a fall does occur, the product’s resilience can help to limit injuries.

Low Reflectivity: The texture of the product reduces glare and reflection which is particularly importantf or assisted living applications.

Durable: Products are manufactured so that patterns and colors run through entire thickness. Even after years of use, it will maintain its pattern, color and beauty. Sustain products are warranted for 10 years against complete wear through.

Acoustically Beneficial: The cork component significantly enhances acoustical benefits reducingsound levels from foot traffic.Its acoustic properties are superior toother resilient flooring including vinyl, solid rubber and linoleum.

Comfortable: Sustain is composed of 65% cork which ensures that the flooring is comfortable and resilient under foot and feels warm to the touch. Particularly beneficial in applications where users areon their feet for extended periods of time as it effectively reduces fatigue.

Easy To Maintain: Routine maintenance involves damp mopping or using an auto-scrubber incombination with a suitable cleaning solution. Finishes are typically not required. Most resilient flooring maintenance regimes are compatible.

Low life cycle cost: During the life of the product, the annual cost is less than other materials such as vinyl and carpeting due to reasonable product cost, low maintenance costs and high durability.

Safe: Sustain Cork Rubber meets all US and International standards for Fire, Smoke and SlipResistance. Additionally, it is comfortable underfoot and anti-microbial. Sustain is Red-List Chemical Free.
